Each print is produced using archival inks (guaranteed lightfast for 100+ years) on Canson Infinity Rag Photographique Paper and personally signed off by myself.

 Inspiration
 
Playing with the concept of ‘Out of the Shadows’, I felt like the Black Rhino was a perfect subject for a piece of this nature. I wanted to capture the inquisitive nature of this beautiful creature, which often chooses to investigate any danger before choosing fight or flight.
 
A much revered, yet secretive animal, the plight of the black rhino is a dire one. Again, the intent of fading the rhino out into the background speaks not only to its ghost like nature but also the fact that the species is disappearing in front of our eyes.
 
The original is unfortunately no longer up for grabs but, as with all my works, 30% of the profits from this work and the 150 prints sold will go to the Aspinall Foundation to fund vital conservation work.
